For product leaders who feel stuck in high-pressure moments. This coaching focuses on helping PMs and Heads of Product make better calls, communicate clearly with executives, and handle stakeholder tension without freezing or over-explaining. It includes regular one-on-one sessions, review of real decisions and active work, and direct feedback on judgment and framing rather than theory. Engagements typically run for six to eight weeks.
Product Direction Reset
When teams are building a lot but moving nowhere. This engagement helps founders and product leaders decide what the product is really for, what matters now, and what to stop doing. It typically involves short conversations with leadership, a review of the current roadmap and priorities, and a working session to agree on focus and tradeoffs.
